CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:

D'Lyell Bears are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We normally try to get your order posted to you the same or next day. NZ Post usually takes between 2-4 days within New Zealand. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you promptly.

Please note while we are away at shows orders will be delayed until our return. We will contact you by email if this is the case.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
D'Lyell Bears will not be liable for any import charges that occur when delivering to countries which enforce this policy. Local duties and customs may be payable on receipt. To find out more about these charges please contact your local postal service.

We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world and all bears will be well packed with lots of love and care! However, we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.


SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
Please allow ten working days for international delivery. We use NZ Post standard airmail postage but can offer their courier service if you require it. NZ Post works with DHL for their international courier service. They will not deliver to a P.O. Box address.


PRICING:
CRAFT All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST.

All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason and at any time.

ARTIST BEARS Prices are upon application and we will endeavour to price in your local currency to avoid any complications.
 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is by way of Paypal or Bank Transfer into our account only.
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will send your items to your nominated postal address.
